David Preston, Kaspersky Lab’s head of marketing for Europe, has briefed Adding Value to develop new formats and content for the Kaspersky Lab European Sales Conference, which will take place at The W Barcelona in mid-June.
The agency, which has worked with Kaspersky in the past, will handle project management elements of the event including logistics, production and partner engagement.
Adding Value has also been briefed by another division at the anti-virus software firm to project manage the Kaspersky Lab emerging Markets Partner Conference, which will take place in early June at the Intercontinental Kiev.
The agency’s brief covers producing communications and event content and providing technical support.
Tina Morris, Adding Value’s managing director, said: "We are delighted to have been appointed by Kaspersky Lab to produce these two strategic conferences. It is so refreshing working with a forward-thinking client who is not afraid to push boundaries and challenge the expected."
Preston, who was profiled in C&IT in January, said he is pursuing a strategy of "driving innovation in events".
