The Black Tomato Agency will organise an incentive for 40 people for Virgin Media in May. It is organising Pampered Chef's annual flagship incentive for its top 200 distributors to Istanbul in July.
Since launching 12 months ago, the agency has also worked with Lucozade Sport, Unilever and developed a global campaign for Nissan.
Elliott Grant, head of client services at The Black Tomato Agency, said: "Almost 100% of the work we do is prize and group incentives and at least 80% of these are overseas. In what was a difficult year for the industry and the economy as a whole, we were delighted to end 2012 as strongly as we ended 2011 and maintain our year-on-year growth.
"In 2013, we are going to focus on our key clients and making sure that we offer an unparalleled service to our current roster. Supplementary to this, we will be increasing our business development drive by growing the sales team in the next few months.
