The event showcases the brand’s latest collection to the trade, with 300 international watch distributors travelling to Greece in August 2013.

The conference format features a rolling three-day business and social programme for 100 participants repeated three times with fundraising for a charity in the local host community.

Face-to-face time is to be given priority this year, with a single group presentation on the first morning followed by one-on-one meetings occuring in a trade fair environment.

Xavier Cadiou, director at Polar Black Events, said: "It is a great privilege to have been awarded the prestigious Guess and GC Watches’ conference for the second year running, particularly because they have historically used local agencies but have decided to work with us in Greece following their successful London conference in 2012. The strategy for 2013 is very focused and interactive, maximising distributors' time and productivity through a balance of smartly run meetings during the day and fun, creative evening entertainment including dinners, receptions, beach parties and team building."

John Marchesi, president of international sales for Guess and GC Watches, said: "We are especially happy to be working again with Polar Black Events and have absolute faith that they will deliver another world-class event in 2013. Last year’s conference was the ‘best ever’ according to distributors’ feedback, and very successful in terms of product orders and raising money for our ‘Time to Give’ charity. We have every confidence that this year will again exceed expectations."
