Shaun Casey, EMEA regional director of Pacific World, said that the company has been targeting well-established personalities with vast local experience to head up the new offices.

Evelyne Mancini De Boni, previously director of business development at Chez Laget & Partners Monaco, will run the Monaco office with local DMC staffers Corinne della Rocca and Laure Maida-Bigot being appointed senior account manager of sales and senior account manager of operations respectively.

In Paris, Cecile Dubeau is heading Pacific World’s destination office with former senior project manager at Allied PRA Destination Management Laure Le Pendeven being appointed senior account manager of sales. Another new appointment in Paris, Hannelore Carzon will form part of the senior EMEA management team, reporting to Casey.

"Attending the Monaco Tourist Office annual convention for its overseas offices in Monaco, it was apparent that our greatest potential is linking customer and supplier relations which already exist within this group of professionals with our global sales and marketing strategy focusing on traditional and emerging markets and bringing a new force in both DMC and PCO activities to the destination," said Casey.

An announcement on who will run the London office is expected soon.
