The Apple boss – who seldom speaks publically outside of Apple's own events – will open the conference with a keynote at 3pm GMT (7.15am PT). The event, which is held at the Palace Hotel San Francisco, will also be streamed live on Apple's website.
Other speakers at the conference include chief executives from Ebay, Yahoo, and Sandisk along with executives from Xerox, Electronic Arts, and Coca-Cola.
Cook is speaking at a time when Apple's core business is under closer scrutiny than it has been in years as its share price took a dip and it faces questions over its mounting cash stockpile.
Cook will also speak at Apple's annual shareholders meeting at its campus in Cupertino, California, on 27 February.
