Following its £15m relaunch last year, The Mere Golf Resort and Spa in Cheshire is hosting corporates including Asahi and Charles Stanley Financial Services for hospitality at the Boodles Classique tennis event.

The resort has been awarded the contract to host the event, described as the North West’s most elegant garden party.

The two day event offers guests the opportunity to opportunity to watch and mingle with tennis stars including Mark Philippoussis, Henri Leconte and former Wimbledon champion Richard Krajicek.

The event takes place over two corporate days, 27-29 June 2013 and culminates in the Boodles Ball on the Saturday evening. I

The two days feature a Moet & Chandon Champagne Reception on arrival, a three course gourmet lunch after which the tennis commences. This is followed by an Asahi Afternoon Tea Party. The Saturday evening event includes additional tennis followed by a gala dinner reception including a fashion show, and then a three course gourmet meal.

The event is supported by a range of sponsors including Asahi, Blue Bell BMW, Etihad Airways, Charles Stanley Financial Solutions and Sunseeker with partners including The Warren, Bang and Olufsen, Moet & Chandon champagne, Roche Bobois, Cheshire Life and Manchester Airport.
