Lott joins HS&E after eight years at Lloyds Banking Group where he was head of Olympic marketing and group sponsorship since 2007.
He led the strategy, activation and communications of the bank’s sponsorship activity, including the partnership with the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.
In 2012, the global network achieved worked with 11 London 2012 sponsors, forming alliances with Seven46, the UK-based editorial communications and bid specialists, and experiential marketing agency Benza in Brazil.
Lott takes over from Keith Impey, who after seven years leading the HS&E UK team, will now focus on the global side of the business and develop global projects.
