Maverick Solutions is currently working with Computer 2000 on a year-end party for 500 attendees in February, to be held in the UK.

Meanwhile, IT products and services distributor Computer 2000 is also planning a series of events throughout the year with Maverick Solutions, which includes vendor summits, sales kick-offs, training, road shows and themed events.

Work will also come from companies within Computer 2000 – whose parent company is Tech Data - and divisional marketing managers.

Maverick Solutions director Lesley Lucas said that the team was "aiming to work as a seamless part of their operation to ensure they achieve their goals".

"We had a fantastic two days with our client, meeting over 20 marketing managers at Computer 2000," she added.

The agency has already worked with Computer 2000 in the past, but successfully won a tender for a new expanded deal.

"We are looking forward to supporting their marketing activities by looking after their conference and event business requirements for 2013/14," explained Lucas.

"The company values of Computer 2000 mirror those of the work ethics and beliefs of the team at Maverick Solutions – placing a huge importance on integrity and respect; teamwork; partnership; a passion for winning; and ownership. We believe a perfect business relationship."
