The QHotels Group signs three-year re-financing agreement
The Q Hotels Group signed a revised three year refinancing arrangement with Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, enabling the Q Hotels Group to continue its business development and investment.

As part of this refinancing, Q Hotels Group Ltd, the original group holding company, has been placed into administration and replaced for all group companies by a new holding company, Q Hotels Holdings Limited. All other group companies are unaffected.

Q Hotels said that this change in group holding company will have no impact on staff, customers or suppliers and the Q Hotels business will continue as normal.

The Q Hotels business will continue to be led by Michael Purtill, managing director and Ian Goulding, finance director.

In addition, Tim Scoble has been appointed chairman of Q Hotels Holdings Ltd. He has previous experience with hotel chains including Guoman.
