Few joins the agency from Rush Sports Marketing & Investment, where he spent two years as business development manager.

He was previously senior new business development executive at Rainmaker Consulting, part of the Intelligent New Business Group.

RT Marketing director Ben Rodber said: "Jack’s credentials make him eminently qualified to spearhead our new business drive. 2012 was a great year for us, winning a number of hero projects including the hospitality delivery for Coca-Cola at the Olympic Games.

"With projects in the pipeline for the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics, we’re aggressively targeting other national and international sporting events, and have begun the year with some serious pitches. We need extra muscle to maintain this momentum and Jack brings highly relevant experience as well as evident passion for client interaction."

Few added: "Joining RT Marketing represents a fantastic progression for me, enabling me to extend my marketing and business development expertise in sports sponsorship to embrace the entire spectrum of live events, brand activation and hospitality."
