Before joining Chillisauce, Perkins spent two years at Bluehat UK, working as sales and marketing manager.

He has previously worked at corporate event and team building organisations Motivaction Group and the Team Building Company.

Chillisauce managing director Kevin Dazely said: "Steve’s arrival brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm that should ensure a record year for our corporate team in 2013. His coaching and leadership expertise and belief in standing out from the crowd in the event industry made him the ideal man for the job."

Perkins has more than 15 years of experience in the corporate event management and live communications industry and will now work to grow and develop the corporate event sales team at Chillisauce as its head of corporate sales and marketing.
