The appointment follows the agency’s work on the inaugural event in 2012 on behalf of Road Transport Media, owner of Commercial Motor magazine.
The next two-day event will be held on 2-3 October 2013 at Millbrook and will provide commercial vehicle operators the chance to try the latest trucks around the tracks in a working environment.
More than 40 exhibitors will showcase latest products and services to delegates from across the road freight transport sector.
Meanwhile, a seminar will also inform attendees on the industry’s most recent legislative and technological changes.
Road Transport Media’s managing director Andy Salter said "Delegates found the first Commercial Motor Live a really worthwhile experience. Before the end of day one we were receiving enquiries from an impressive line-up of exhibitors and delegates about the next one. Venues Event Management ensured it all ran smoothly, helping it get the thumbs up from the commercial vehicle industry. We look forward to working with the agency and building on the success of the event for the next three years. Commercial Motor Live 2013 is already shaping up to be bigger and better than the first."
Alisdair Ross, head of projects and events at Venues Event Management, added: "This event relies on many variables to ensure its effectiveness, from location and delegate management to onsite event management including the coordination of our customer with their exhibitors and suppliers. We’re delighted that our expertise assisted in the launch Road Transport Media’s new project and it is a pleasure to continue working with them."
