- Are lead-times getting longer?
- If yes, is it a trend that is more prevalent within particular industry sectors, among clients of a certain size, or for different types of event?
- If no, what is your experience – are they getting shorter, or is there no change?
- What do you think is driving longer lead-times – greater confidence among clients, more stable budgeting practice, greater confidence in the market etc?
- Do you foresee lead-times growing even longer?
