Launching in January 2013, the company will run events including product launches, brand activation, sponsorship, incentives and trade shows.

Saynor, who has previously held senior roles at companies including Apple and Disney, plans to work across a range of clients and businesses and continue running events for FME.

"We will also provide event strategy consultancy services," she told C&IT. "The office will be based in London but with strong alliances with agencies and suppliers internationally we will be well equipped to manage international events in any location."

She added: "The X Factor Final pre and after party was also my final event for FME and it was a pretty epic one to finish on but I plan to continue working with FME on future events. We’re also already in discussion with other clients about some potential events and are excited about what 2013 has in store."
