The contract – expected to begin in April and run for four years – is to provide a service for marketing, hosting and managing private functions within the Court building.

The Royal Courts of Justice, in London, includes event space The Great Hall, which can accommodate up to 650 guests for a sit-down dinner and up to 800 guests for a reception. Seasoned Events is the current supplier.

The Ministry of Justice procurement team is now planning to hold a market engagement event before the start of the formal tendering procedures to provide agencies with some outline information.

This information event is expected to be held at the Royal Courts of Justice on 25 January 2013 and agencies interested can email rpu.midlands@noms.gsi.gov.uk
