The A List 2012: Ruth Wall, Involve

Ruth did a post-graduate course ?in event management and PR. ?She joined Involve on a work placement, but stayed on and has worked at the agency for two years.

Boss says "Ruth’s growth has been astounding. It’s been fantastic to see her grasp our clients’ challenges so quickly and get to grips with delivering solutions," says managing director Jeremy Starling. "Watch this space, this young lady is going places."

Career high My first big event – a conference for 100 people near Heathrow. To see an event for which I was totally responsible come to life was great.

Worst event moment We had ?a three-day conference in Birmingham for 900 people from a pharmaceutical company. On the first day I woke up at 4am and was throwing up for two days.

I wish I’d run... I wish that Involve had worked with Virgin when its ads with the air hostesses walking through an airport came out, because I’m sure there must have been an employee event where they brought it to life for them.

Alternative career I describe myself as a ‘rugger hugger’ and I see the girls doing the physiotherapy [on the players] and think: "What a job!"

My next step I would love to win an internal brand engagement campaign for a sexy company.
