Brian specialised in hospitality and events at the Dublin Institute of Technology and, after a stint at the Great Southern Hotels group at Dublin Airport, he joined Zibrant, working initially for the Irish market.

Boss says "Brian is a great asset to us; he lives and breathes our values, demonstrating flexibility, flair and a desire to succeed. His hotel background provides client support with an understanding of how hotels operate on a day-to-day basis," says Hannah Wilkinson, global director of business development.

Career high Working on and securing passes for the Robbie Williams after-party at Dublin’s Morrison Hotel was amazing.

Worst event moment A high-level conference with an important speaker, which was going like clockwork until a massive fly flew straight into the speaker’s hair. All everyone talked about was the fly.

I wish I’d run… Live Aid in 1985, as it just made such an impact.

Alternative career A pilot.

My next step To work my way up to account director, and I’d love to spend a year in New York.
