As well as running the Brand Book Live event at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire in London this week, C&IT also attended the Carlson Wagonlit Business Travel Journalism Awards at The May Fair, scooping Business Travel Supplement of the Year, Meetings & Events Journalist of the Year for Tom Hall, and Business Travel Editor of the Year for Yasmin Arrigo.

Meanwhile, the 202-room Orchard hotel officially opens today (16 November) next to the East Midlands Conference Centre and has four meeting rooms.

The Meetings & Incentive Networking in Denmark (Mind) event in Copenhagen welcomed events professionals to the city this week for two days of networking and sharing knowledge.
