Our annual search for tomorrow’s MDs has unearthed a determined bunch of individuals all delivering excellence in their chosen fields of expertise, be it operations, logistics, account management, finance and others.

In the four short years since C&IT launched its first A List, we have seen past members of this elite club join the board at their agencies and rise up to take to the managing director’s chair. This brief history has already taught us that inclusion on this list means a seat at the very highest table.

And deservedly so. Each of our 35 A Listers has grafted hard to earn both the respect of their bosses and the support of their teams and clients. Exceptional customer focus, excellent negotiation skills and ambitious creative flair are just some of the attributes singled out by their board members when nominating these individuals.

Congratulations to all 35 of this year’s A List. Class of 2012 – we will be following your careers with interest.
