Roberts has been appointed as events and marketing executive to the four-strong team, and will work with a range of clients including insurance and technology companies.
Clients have included KPMG, RSA, Reuters and Accenture.
Beyond director Kate Kassar said: "Natalie has got off to a flying start working on projects as diverse as a two-day conference for 500 guests and a luxury reception at a royal palace for international top politicians.

The London agency is an event partner to clients of hospitality agency Keith Prowse.
Graduate recruit Roberts completed a masters in education and a degree in theology at Durham University prior to joining Beyond.
