As part of the partnership Spark Tran will be rebranded BI Worldwide Latin America.

Spark Tran president Joel Milgram said: "The partnership forges an organisation that combines local know-how, long-term financial stability and a global footprint that allows us to provide the kind of employee, consumer and channel solutions that businesses are seeking both nationally and internationally."

The new operation adds to existing BI Worldwide operations in the UK, Australia, Canada, China, India, and the US.

BI Worldwide Europe managing director Mike Davies added: "Our investments mean we deliver consistent standards right across the world for client’s employee, sales and channel engagement programmes.

"Technology is driving changes across the world where we have seen, and foresee, a significant growth in the needs of clients to literally ‘think globally and act locally’."
