The Convene's exhibition director, Jolanta Beniuliene, said: "As Convene is an inaugural event, the partnership with Conventa and Meetings Show UK will contribute to Convene becoming the number one meetings industry event in the Baltic Sea region. High quality buyers are essential to the event’s success, which is why our partnership plays an important role in creating hosted buyer programme and inviting key decision makers".

Miha Kovacic of Conventa said: "As one of Europe's most successful trade shows, with regular attendance from key buyers, these partnerships will ensure we continue to grow and provide a significant return for both our exhibitors and visitors.

"In particular as the established show amongst the partnership, our long years of experience and success will be of benefit to The Meetings Show UK and Convene."

The Convene, run by Vilnius Convention Bureau, will be held from 13–14 February 2013 at the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO, Vilnius, and will mark the Baltic Sea region’s first exhibition for meetings, events and incentives.
