W&O has appointed five staff from agencies including Banks Sadler and Zibrant following a revenue growth of 15% in the last 12 months.

Urooj Khan (pictured), previously a senior account co-ordinator at Banks Sadler, joins as a dedicated venue finding consultant for the business. She will support the team to deliver the increasing number of RFP’s and ensure the team is kept up to date with destination and venue developments.

Jane Elliott has been appointed as a dedicated travel coordinator to assist clients in organising their travel itineraries. Joy Cole, previously venue services manager and senior project manager at Zibrant, will be organising W&O’s current processes for the operations team.

Focusing on client relationships, Peter McAllister joins the business development team to drive the agency towards its sales target for 2012 and enhance the business performance for 2013.

Elsewhere, Louise Saunders has been appointed as marketing manager, with Danielle Littlestone promoted internally to manage the account executive team.

Sallie Coventry, managing director at W&O, said: "It is a very exciting time for W&O. The expansion of our event management team further strengthens our ability to offer a seamless service to our clients and exceed their expectations, while enhancing our growing presence in the industry."
