Corporate Innovations not only met, but exceeded expectations, in the delivery of its incentive programme for Three, Samsung and HTC, aimed at increasing market share for the vendors within the Three mobile network’s retention sales team.
The Road to Australia campaign boosted combined sales of Samsung and HTC handsets from 25% to 35%, knocking Apple off the top spot.
More than 5,000 handsets were sold and combined handset sales leapt 50% during the incentive period.
Judges commented on the good use of research to align the programme with the target audience - 1,000 staff based in Three’s call centres in Mumbai and Pune, India.
The offices were transformed for the campaign launch using branded creative.
This was followed by constant communication including emails and weekly prize giving events, with the top 16 performing call centre agents winning a once in a lifetime trip to Australia.
