Innocent and Monster are among the brands presenting at C&IT's first Middle East forum, which kicks off in Jordan today.

Monster's head of events for UK and Ireland Richard Hebbron will give the corporate view on organising events in the Middle East region and overcoming perception issues and cultural differences.

The Event Company managing director Natalie Crampton will also cover event management in the Middle East, from an agency perspective, sharing key insights and case studies.

Meanwhile, Innocent's office and environment manager Charlie Heavey will share how the brand used the Olympics to engage  staff.

The forum is being held at the Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea in Jordan today and tomorrow and will be followed by a two-day fam trip hosted by Jordan Tourist Board which will include a trip to Petra.

Delegates include corporate and agency buyers from the UK and Europe including Indesit, Definitive Events, Zibrant, W&O, Amex and Crescendo.
