Chiltern Railways Customer Focus Challenge, delivered by agency DRP Group, stood out in this hotly contested category for its simple approach focused on a solid business objective - to be the best UK operator for customer service.

Delegates kicked off the day by travelling in teams on Chiltern services to Leamington Spa and engaging with customers.

These experiences were used to come up with real business solutions - in the month following the conference, short-term quick fixes were implemented resulting in an astonishing 85% decrease in customer complaints.
