Top Banana worked closely with Danone's executive management team (EMT) to set out clear objectives for the Baby Talk Live Event at Center Parcs, Longleat.

Judges were impressed by the use of music to engage staff with potentially dry business objectives - a video of executives singing a chorus to a song based around the event theme 'Impactful Choices' set the scene, and staff were challenged to create the verses.

In addition to a 100% score on understanding company objectives, 95% of staff said they understood what they could do to help the business achieve its objectives.
