- Eiffel Tower

The 5,420m2 first floor of the Eiffel Tower closed in March for the first renovation in 30 years. It will reopen at the beginning of 2013 and will boast features such as a remodelled conference room - the Gustave Eiffel reception hall - glass flooring and balustrade, and disabled access. The venue, which is 57m above the city, will have a capacity for 400 people.

- Hotel Prince de Galles

The 1928 Art Deco-style property, part of Starwood's Luxury Collection of hotels, is scheduled to reopen in the first quarter of 2013 following a complete refit. The hotel has 168 rooms and six meeting spaces, the largest of which, the Salon Panache, can seat 200 delegates. The hotel's fine-dining restaurant, Le Jardin des Cygnes, boasts an outside patio and the hotel will have a new fitness and health centre when it reopens. It is located on the Avenue George V.

- Grand Hotel du Palais Royal

Reopening on 1 December 2012, the five-star Grand Hotel du Palais Royal is adjacent to the Palais Royal Garden, just a minute's walk from Le Louvre and just off the Rue Saint-Honore, making it ideal for high-end incentive groups. The interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon has overseen the refurbishment of the hotel, which has 69 rooms and suites and is a member of the Preferred Hotel Group.

- World Trade Center Roissy Paris CDG

The World Trade Center project in Roissy aims to develop an integrated complex with a congress centre and hotels in the immediate vicinity of Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. It is expected to open in 2014 and will comprise 1,734 hotel rooms, more than 85,000m2 of conference space, a five-star hotel with 1,600m2 of meeting space and a spa, and a wide range of restaurants. A shuttle service will operate from the complex to the surrounding hotels, train and airport terminals, golf courses and shopping centres.
