The 5,420m2 first floor of the Eiffel Tower closed in March for the first renovation in 30 years. It will reopen at the beginning of 2013 and will boast features such as a remodelled conference room - the Gustave Eiffel reception hall - glass flooring and balustrade, and disabled access. The hotel's fine-dining restaurant, Le Jardin des Cygnes, boasts an outside patio and the hotel will have a new fitness and health centre when it reopens. It is located on the Avenue George V.
- Grand Hotel du Palais Royal
Reopening on 1 December 2012, the five-star Grand Hotel du Palais Royal is adjacent to the Palais Royal Garden, just a minute's walk from Le Louvre and just off the Rue Saint-Honore, making it ideal for high-end incentive groups.
