The new arrivals include Mel Burns (pictured) as business development associate, who joins from meetings technology provider IML and Nicola Cunningham, hotel operations manager, who joins from Banks Sadler.

Polina Perry and Helen Shapter, both formerly at Zibrant, and Alejandro Mongelos from the Visa Olympics team have joined in project management roles, while a number of developer roles are also currently being recruited for.

The expansion of the team has prompted Grass Roots DMS to complete an office move into bigger premises in Fleet, Hampshire, where they have operated since 1996.

Managing director, Giselle Ripken, said: "New faces and new surroundings are a sign of healthy times for the agency. It’s been an exciting last few months and the new faces and office move are very much a reflection of our confidence about the future."
