Leonard joins Venue Reservations from Lime Venue Portfolio, part of the Compass Group, and will take responsibility for developing relationships with agencies throughout the UK and securing business into its nationwide venues.

She will work with more than 120 national venues in Venue Reservations’ portfolio, which serve clients in the corporate, financial, media and hospitality industries.

The new role has been developed to bolster Crown Group’s businesses drive and to support its growing portfolio of venues across the UK.

Group director Jackie Harding said: "We are very excited to welcome Claire into our accomplished team; she is an extremely talented lady whose partnership and people skills are particularly well suited to the ethos of our company."

Leonard worked as regional venues sales manager at Compass Group for four and a half years, and was previously national sales manager at Barcelo Hotels & Resorts.
