The official home of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC), Bayt Qatar House at IET London Savoy Place, has hosted more than 270 delegates per night in its restaurant space.
Meanwhile, exhibitors at the venue have included Al Jazeera, Williams F1, Doha Film Institute and Sotheby's.
The venue is open to athletes, journalists and – at selected hours – visitors during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It features a reception with projector video screens, a restaurant space and a private balcony terrace.
With Arabic art and 'street-style' areas, Bayt Qatar provides a showcase of Qatar's sporting progress and cultural, educational, and economic aspirations.
Qatar's National Vision 2030, a plan to build a knowledge-based economy and a hub for sports, culture and scientific innovation in the Middle East, is also promoted in a museum area.
Bayt Qatar House is hosting a series of events, exhibitions, film screenings and public figures who have played an important role in Qatar’s progress, both on the sporting and the wider cultural, educational and business fronts.
