The newly constructed 92-room Tryp by Wyndham Panama Centro is located in Panama City. The hotel offers around 200sqm of flexible meeting space accommodating up to 120 delegates.

Additionally, the Gastro Bar at 507 serves a breakfast buffet daily, as well as a wide selection of wines, cocktails and tapas-style dishes inspired by local and international flavours.

The opening expands Tryp by Wyndham’s existing portfolio in Latin America, with 14 hotels located in Costa Rica, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Uruguay.

"Panama City is growing by leaps and bounds every day and it’s imperative to be a key player in this thriving market," said Daniel del Olmo, Wyndham Hotel Group’s managing director of Latin America. "It’s the ideal place to introduce the Tryp by Wyndham brand to Panama to provide travellers with the right mix of cosmopolitan style, our ‘Own The City’ service and city-centre convenience. This development in Panama, coupled with the recent opening of Wyndham Grand Playa Blanca on the Pacific coast, further demonstrates Wyndham Hotel Group’s commitment to expand in this region."
