Opening in September, the company takes over the 440-room Schiphol International Airport property from Four Star Superior Hotel.
The hotel has 440 rooms, three restaurants, and more than 960sqm of meeting space.
It also has a coffee and wine Lounge, a sports and media Bar, an 800sqm gym and health spa area featuring a pool, and an interior courtyard with a garden and terrace.
Steigenberger will also be acquiring the former Dorint Hotel Amsterdam-Airport with effect from 1 September 2012.
A further Steigenberger Airport Hotel will be opening next year at the new airport in Berlin.
