The 96-room property has become The Langham, Sydney today (8 August) as part of the hotel group’s long-term expansion plans.
The hotel is in Sydney’s historic Rocks district and close to the central business district and has three meeting rooms and a spa.
Its Observatory Ballroom accommodates up to 100 delegates, while The Parlour and Drawing Room can each hold up to 70 guests.
Langham Hospitality Group chief executive Brett Butcher said: "This acquisition signifies the group’s plans for a long-term strategic expansion and be a major player in the quality end of the market in the Pacific region.
"We will be investing in progressive refurbishment to position this hotel at the very top of the luxury hospitality sector in Sydney."
