Searle will cover the United Kingdom (UK) corporate and incentive travel market, driving accounts in the corporate direct sector. He joins several new recruits working in the company's sales forces in Europe, Canada, the US and South America.

Prior to joining Allied PRA, Searle worked for event agencies including Zibrant and Banks Sadler, where he was responsible for the growth and development of global event business and incentive travel services to both new and existing UK clients.

"Mark brings a strong history of successfully prospecting corporate business for several UK agencies, through his extensive industry and corporate contacts. His ability to communicate across a broad client level provides our sales team with a solid platform to continue to establish Allied PRA as the DMC of choice for both the UK market and abroad," said Maxine MacPherson, director of Allied PRA Global Sales, UK.

"Mark's consultative sales approach aids in eliminating programme risks and provides assurances to clients that are unparalleled in the DMC industry. His sales method is completely aligned with our company's unique value statements, clearly differentiating Allied PRA from other destination management companies. This is key as Allied PRA continues its strategic growth plan world-wide. We look forward to a successful partnership with Mark and welcome him to the AlliedPRA sales team."
