Clare Miller, global diversity and communications manager, Siemens

"Dan and I have different approaches, but I think that's why we work well together. I am very traditional, while he is very creative. Dan always provides a fresh perspective on things. My role at Siemens is to promote diversity among our 360,000 employees. Our recent Diversity Tour event series, created with Primary, in which we made inspiring Youtube videos of our staff worldwide, was an attempt to promote and encourage this ethos."

Dan Stevens, director, Primary

"Clare loves working with people who want to try out new ideas. She has a very structured way of thinking about things, but is not afraid to push the envelope to further Siemens objectives. I think the key word is 'collaboration' - when we work together it's always enjoyable and ideas flow. I love the job I do as I can bounce out of bed in the morning and know that I'm making a difference. After flying around the world with Clare during our ambitious Diversity Tour event series, we proved that we can support each other and our teams under tough conditions."
