According to Bob Jordan, the marketing and sales director of the automotive group's finance subsidiary, Zibrant will again be contracted to manage the event, which this year took place at London's Savoy Hotel.

Zibrant will be responsible for producing and managing a microsite, sending out monthly e-newsletters and creating a league table of business managers by performance in the build-up to Business Manager of the Year in February 2013.

Jordan said the reappointment of the agency was subject to contractual issues, but added that this year's event garnered the "best reaction and feedback to anything we have ever done".

"We're going to use Zibrant again - to come up with the venue, the structure of the day, then we may go back to a fallow year after that," he said.

The agency will also create personalised invitations and welcome packs, manage accommodation and handle registration and feedback.

Business Manager of the Year 2012 attracted 340 delegates.

It featured a presentation from BBC sports presenter Jake Humphrey and entertainment from comedian Al Murray.
