Everything Everywhere to appoint Communique for Brandstock event

Everything Everywhere - the owner of Orange and T-Mobile - has told C&IT that it plans to appoint agency Communique and venue Wasing Park for its 2013 Brandstock event.

Brandstock's chief organiser Katie Ashmore said that the venue and the organisation were "perfect" at the recent event. "It's likely we'll be using Communique again and, while we will be considering other venues, they will have a lot to live up to," she said.

Communique organised the latest event at the West Berkshire-based venue for around 200 delegates in June. Everything Everywhere invested in fewer but "more relevant" speakers this year, including former director of communications for Tony Blair Alastair Campbell, who revealed how he helped redefine the Labour party; while ex-adviser to Sir Richard Branson Will Whitehorn talked about marketing.

Ashmore added: "If there were any challenges it was for a few teammates to get their heads around 'glamping' and the delights of portaloos. Brandstock is fast becoming the talk of the office."
