Based at the East Thames Housing Association in Stratford, near the Olympic Stadium, the space will be open to the public from 27 July 2012 – 12 August 2012.
The venue will feature an exhibition with a replica of the Turkana Boy, the most complete early human skeleton ever found, dating back 1.5 million years.
Kenyan entertainment and food will be available and athletes are expected to make appearances. On 12 August, the House will commemorate ‘Kenya Day’ in honour of the men’s marathon final.
"The Olympic Games captures the imagination of the world and is a time of both national pride and global goodwill," said Brand Kenya chief executive Mary Kimonye.
