Simon Mills, head of sales and marketing at Twickenham Experience, is leaving the venue at the end of September.
News of his departure comes just a year after he joined Twickenham Experience, after being made redundant from Visit Britain last March.
In a press statement, Twickenham Experience said Mills is leaving to pursue a more mainstream marketing role. Twickenham Experience is looking to recruit a replacement.
Chris Morris, Twickenham Experience's managing director, said: "Simon joined Twickenham Experience in 2011 from Visit Britain and has managed the conference and events sales team at the venue with great commitment and determination.
"I am very grateful to Simon for all his hard work and his contribution to Twickenham Experience’s success in 2011/12."
