The event raised £10,000 for North-West children’s charity Derian House Hospice.
The programme included a welcome lunch, a golf competition for 19 teams consisting of staff and Nichols business partners, and the chance to enter a ‘beat the pro’ competition.
The contest was followed by a drinks reception and dinner for 100 guests in the Mere Suite, with prize-giving, a charity auction and live comedy.
Nichols chairman John Nichols said: "It was a fantastically well-organised and well-run event with great food and exceptional service throughout. The golf course is different to those we have played on previously and provided a fresh challenge for our competitors."
The company chose The Mere Golf Resort & Spa after the venue reopened in March with a new 81-room hotel.
