The deal marks the first time Zibrant has formed such a partnership with a venue, and the first time that The QEIICC has appointed an agency offering a full range of event services.

Anthony Coyle-Dowling, global director of sales for Zibrant, said: "The partnership between one of the UK’s largest meetings and events agencies and the prestigious QEIICC provides a complete range of event solutions for planners using this London venue.

"Zibrant offers complementary accommodation, delegate management, logistics, travel management, communications, creative design and content development, and enables clients and delegates to benefit from the most competitive rates, as well as time savings and ease of event organisation."

Sue Etherington, commercial director, The QEIICC, said: "We were looking for a partner to propose initiatives for improving services to our clients and delegates and during the tender process Zibrant demonstrated outstanding innovation in this area. These services will complement the centre’s own very successful audio visual business, Interface, and our in-house IT services which we will continue to promote. With Zibrant's excellent reputation and presence in the marketplace we are looking forward to forming a strong partnership together which will provide benefits to both our organisations."
