The five-star property will be Centara’s second resort in Bali.
It will have 68 Peranakan-style suites with private pools, lagoon access or Jacuzzis, and 14 private pool villas with one, two or three bedrooms.
For events, the resort will have five meeting rooms ranging from 37.5sqm to 200sqm.
"Our main market will be the leisure and honeymoon sectors, but due to the location of the resort next to the Bali Convention Centre, a large part of our business will be from the meetings and events sector," said Centara Hotels & Resorts Bali cluster general manager Martin Heiniger.
"The market mix for C&I is forecast at 60% domestic and 40% international."
The resort will also have fine-dining restaurant Ginger, the Spa Cenvaree with nine treatment rooms, two pools, and a fitness centre.
