All public rooms including the Trevelyan Restaurant, bar, lounge and function rooms have been restored giving the hotel a more traditional decor.

The rooms have been re-styled and re-decorated with stylish soft furnishings, carpets, curtains and enhanced lighting. In addition the Welcombe Suite, which is used for conferences and events, has been re-styled and fitted with state of the art av equipment.

The Oak Room, which is used for board meetings and private dining for up to 20 guests, has also been refurbished.

Last summer the Garden Wing bedrooms were redecorated and new buggy pathways were constructed from the 11th tee through to the 12th green on the 18 hole championship Golf course and two new treatment rooms, including a dual treatment room were added to the facilities at the Welcombe Spa.

Greg Fehler, general manager of The Menzies Welcombe Hotel, said: "We’re delighted to have completed our major refurbishment programme. The public rooms and bedrooms have all been tastefully redecorated for the enjoyment of our guests".
