The customer product launch dinner was attended by clients and staff on 18 and 19 May.

Siemens Hearing Instruments product marketing manager Nicola Webster designed the space to resemble a contemporary jazz club.

"We chose Nottingham as it fitted in nicely with the annual BSHAA Congress that was being held at East Midlands Conference Centre on the 18th and 19th. While the Congress was not organised by us, we booked a large space for our stand as did all of our competitors of course. We used the Congress as the platform to launch all of our new products as it is the largest single gathering of independent Registered Hearing Aid Dispensers in the UK," she said.

The Phoenix Partners was responsible for creating the environment, while Bistro Live was responsible for client liaison and entertainment.

Phoenix Partners draped the walls in a mix of starcloth and black drape and dressed the pillars in white voile and waterfall lights to really make them a feature which popped against the black drape and starcloth. Four large plasma screens were brought in to run the client's video presentation.
