Spearheaded by managing director Dina Green, formerly head of live events at Gyro and Barclays, the agency launched in the US in 2008.

By 2012, the agency, whose clients including Pepsico, News Corporation, Merck, and Subway, had grown its revenue to more than £30m across its four offices in New York, Washington DC, Detroit and Jacksonville.

Green has 15 years of experience running PR and live events businesses, latterly as head of live at Gyro, working with clients such as Virgin Atlantic, Fedex, HP, Shell and American Express.

Prior to this, Green was group events director at Barclays at both corporate and product levels.

Invnt’s founder and managing partner, Scott Cullather, said: "We recognise that there remains an unmet need in the global marketplace for strategic, creative solutions that are compelling, disruptive and cut through the clutter.  So we are keen to boost Invnt’s momentum as an agency, and enhance our level of service to existing clients by having a strong talent base in London from which to expand our offering across Europe. We are also looking at other key strategic opportunities in Asia and Latin America."

Green added: "I have genuinely been staggered by the quality and freshness of the Invnt offering together with their strength of vision. Over time, the UK market and creative agencies have become sleepy and stale and we are excited to throw down the gauntlet to the older, conventional agencies here."

The agency will operate from Soho offices and inaugural client projects are soon to be confirmed, as will the addition of an industry leading non-executive chairman.
