HGA was appointed last year by Home Group to spearhead an internal communications project aimed at raising awareness of a new internal strategy within their business.

Eight 500-delegate national live events took place in the North and Midlands this month, with HGA producing a communications strategy which involved video production, digital teaser campaigns and user generated content.

The events were designed to communicate Home Group’s business plans to its 4,000 employees. Hinged on the theme of iconic TV shows and employee participation, the events were a huge success, according to Mark Henderson, chief executive of Home group.

He said: "Sometimes you just know when you meet an organisation you might work with. That happened when I first met HGA and I wasn't wrong, they 'got' my organisation from the off and provided slick, professional, inspiring, and utterly reliable support for Home Group. They were a joy to work with."

The HGA Creative Film and Video team travelled across the UK to film and interview Home Group employees, tenants and key stakeholders as part of a series of videos they were able to create a bank of video content to connect with Home Group employees, showcasing their efforts.

The team collated over 18 days’ worth of film, resulting in 52 videos.

HGA director of live events and co-founder Ian Grime said: "We’re incredibly pleased with how the project was executed, it’s had a great impact upon the home group employees and we’re already talking about Home Live 2013."
