With the Olympics next taking place in Rio de Janeiro (in 2016), PJ Mitchell, director of business development for ATP Events Experts said that the country is gripped by Olympic fever.

"Interest in the Games is at the forefront of Brazilian minds with enquires coming in from our offices from all over South America. While we’ve spent the last few years advising our clients of the opportunities available for corporate entertaining during London 2012, with the passing of the 100 days milestone we’ve experienced a strong up-swing of enquiries from corporate clients, with requests from Brazil currently at the top of the list," he added.

ATP Events Experts, part of the ATPI Group, has previously worked on sporting events including the Nagano Winter Games in the year 2000. It has moved more than 45,000 athletes, fans and sponsors over the course of eight summer and winter Olympic Games.
