The event will be staged on 23-24 April and 1,500 delegates are expected.
Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau worked with Viparis, which manages the venue, to submit a written bid proposal in June last year.
Astrid Schrier, meetings manager at OARSI, said: "We considered three destinations in Europe: Paris, Amsterdam and Copenhagen. Our membership base is largely in Europe and we rotate the event between there and North America.
"We wanted an accessible, self-contained city centre that could cater for all delegate needs. We also wanted an iconic European destination to attract our American delegates, and Paris was ideal for this."
