The Global Business Travel Association is to hold its Oil, Gas and Marine Travel Conference at the Thistle Aberdeen Altens Hotel in October, attracting 110 delegates over two days.
The Universities' Travel Studies Group Conference is secured for January next year, bringing 130 delegates to the University of Aberdeen.
The bureau also confirmed the 2015 International Conference on the Bioscience of Lipids for Aberdeen, expected to draw up to 400 people.
Meanwhile, the Society of Core Analysts has chosen Aberdeen for the first time to hold its annual symposium during October 2012 instead of returning to Abu Dhabi.
Aberdeen Convention Bureau conference support manager Alesia du Plessis said: "We are now better able to compete internationally for conferences and events, thanks to recent investments in infrastructure and buildings, which have resulted in increased number of bedrooms, new hotel and conference facilities and major developments such as the Trump golf resort and improved travel links from Aberdeen airport."
